This is a 6 - 9 month full time contractual assignment, which could become a core
position
. You will define new capabilities, gather requirements from business users, work with users, train users, provide support for Customer Relationship Management application.You will work with all different types of team members from salespeople and internal CRM users to senior level management.
The Business Solutions Analyst is a member of the Enabling IT Applications team. The team partners with numerous departments and distinct business teams throughout the firm to provide proactive, responsive support and development of business applications within the Enabling IT Applications' portfolio. This portfolio includes applications to support document/content management, collaboration, workflow and Customer Relationship Management.
The Business Solutions Analyst role works very closely with our organization to define new capabilities within existing application platforms to improve businesses processes, where the capabilities will not be enabled within our ERP or Business Intelligence platforms. This role also works closely with most functions across the business, from front-line employees to senior managers as well as with internal and external developers and IT infrastructure teams, to provide the business with functional and technical support to existing Enabling Applications.

Specialized or Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Business Administration.
Minimum three (3) years experience designing new front office application capabilities, ensuring their successful development and providing support to user groups. Familiarity with business process mapping is required.

CRM (Customer Relationship Managment) software applications experience. - SalesForce.com, Saleslogix, MS Dynamics, SAP, Siebel...

Experience with the design, development and/or support of RDBMS is required.
Knowledge of the functional needs, processes and traditional challenges faced in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory and Human Resources, particularly as it relates to manufacturing firms.
Experience working within Agile, RAD, JAD and/or Lean SDLC environments is desired.
Experience identifying opportunities and drafting requirements for systems integration is highly desired.
Ability to quickly discern the level of effort required to properly satisfy a given business requirement, given existing application platforms and developer resources.
Experienced in group training for Super Users and end-users in new and/or modified system environments, as well as documenting procedures and training materials.
Experienced with using project management tools and techniques to manage projects of small-to-moderate complexity is highly desired.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus quickly.
Excellent meeting facilitation, group discussion, presentation, summarization, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and capabilities in a user friendly-language.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
