Marketing Mob is seeking a part-time Account Executive to help grow our marketing and creative consultant staffing business. This is an opportunity for an individual to make a significant impact on this organization and reap the rewards of their hard work. The primary goal of this position is to bring on new staffing accounts, while also renewing and upselling existing business to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives. This position is vital to the overall company success and offers a highly rewarding opportunity for a candidate who is willing to grow with the business.

Initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
Identify new business opportunities by utilizing social media, online resources and databases; networking at
; prospecting in person and cold calling; and maintaining other business relationships to find sales opportunities.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses, manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Negotiate, draft and manage client contracts, ensuring agreements are satisfactory and profitable.
Develop account management plan and sales strategy to effectively maintain and increase market share within existing accounts by building long-term relationships, identifying new contacts and opportunities within accounts, applying a consultative selling approach and successfully servicing client needs.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales and account activities.
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful marketing campaigns & programs.
Work collaboratively with team to source consultants to ensure successful execution of contract obligations.
Skills Required:
3 + years of successful sales experience preferably in the staffing industry
Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven history of success in sales with demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quota
Experience with marketing / creative staffing sales is desirable
Strong prospecting and business development skills
Excellent sales, negotiation and people skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
