- Provide the process
engineering
support for CIM - Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Facilities/Equipment Automation
- Develops Technology plan to drive systems innovation and integration
- Benchmarks the organization's knowledge base
- Develops, establishes, and maintains systems designs regarding specifications for man/machine interface, machine to machine data and MES to MRP data exchange
- Provide detailed analysis for decision makers for capital investment business cases
- Support the implementation of lean supply chain, quality, and safety initiatives
- Design and carry out validations for internal or external equipment installation, operation, and process qualifications
5 years minimum experience in manufacturing environment
- CIM / Facilities Automation
- MES - Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience leading technical projects including cost analysis, scheduling, and organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering REQUIRED ( Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical)
- Up to 40 percent travel
- Six Sigma Certification is a plus
