Legal Counsel
The candidate will provide legal advice and counsel to internal clients at all levels, support day-to-day initiatives and long-term strategies of company. Will be comfortable with senior decision-makers and working independently across the organization at multiple levels. Responsibilities include: Contract drafting, negotiation and advisory responsibilities for company?s East Coast and international sales, customer success, professional services, business development, and marketing activities in coordination with legal and business teams in San Mateo and around the world. Provide legal and strategic business advice and support across a broad spectrum of internal functions, including sales operations, finance, IT, and product support. Help drive legal departmental initiatives, including the redesign of legal support processes, contract programs, and templates, and the use of technologies to increase efficiencies.
