Atlanta office seeks corporate attorney preferably having 6+ years of experience in corporate and securities law with experience handling cross-border transactions and the representation of foreign clients. The candidate should preferably have large law firm experience. Should be admitted to the Georgia Bar or committed to becoming a member of the Georgia Bar. Portable business and experience representing clients in mainland China and Taiwan preferred. Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) as a working language (i.e. must be able to read and write).
