Atlanta office seeks patent partner having 8+ years of meaningful experience in patent law with at least a portion of that time at a large national law firm. The candidate should preferably have a background in electrical engineering or software design. Prior experience should include preparing prior art searches, prosecuting patent and trademark applications, providing legal opinions regarding patent and trademark infringement, and assisting the patent litigation group as requested. Should preferably be registered with the USPTO. Must have a portable business and/or strong referral relationships to drive new business.
