Paralegal/Case Manager

Personal Injury Case Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to, talking to clients, managing their medical treatment, and negotiating with insurance companies. This person will also be responsible for writing demands, analyzing medical records, drafting letters, and conducting in person and over the phone client consultations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and structure work flow to maintain caseload and client contact without missing important deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of processes and procedures relating to personal injury law (prepare demands, medical record review).
Bilingual in Spanish a big plus but not required.
Needles case management software experience a plus but not required.
