Job Description
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for selling new and existing Premedia services to our clients, which may include but is not limited to creative services, content creation, digital asset management, pre-press services, photographic services and interactive technologies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans for penetration into our existing account base, as well as new business development. The selling process is complex and may involve multiple service offerings that are delivered across the Premedia/Digital Solutions global network of operations.

Required Skills
Manage the development and delivery of presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate how RRD s Premedia service offering effectively address client requirement and business objectives.
Create value beyond initial sales opportunity. Identify strategic prospects throughout targeted organizations. Assess identified opportunities and formulate effective strategy to pursue.
Initiate and grow relationships with key client senior executives. Develop mutual beneficial partnership.
Retain and grow revenue; grow account share. Meet sales budget requirements.
Introduce client to new products that match business needs
Attention to detail and consistency when it comes to how brand and client messaging is communicated.
Interacts with manufacturing divisions and corporate staff to develop proposals, pricing and credit terms, with the goal of negotiating terms and spot contracts with prospects and customers.
Understand the markets in which RR Donnelley and its customers compete and the factors that affect a client''s profitability.
Assesses competitor s strategy and neutralize with a competitive counter strategy.
Conduct strategic sales/manufacturing needs analysis individually or with a team.
Understand the impact of today s actions on future opportunities.
Develops business plan to maximize profitability.
Required Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years outside sales / New Business Development experience, in the Premedia/Digital Solutions environment is required.
A bachelor s degree is preferred.
The ideal candidate must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge, and have experience working on both small and large complex accounts.
Candidates must possess a confident personality suitable for handling cold calls and account management. Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication are mandatory.
Candidates are expected to be able to converse fluently at all contact levels within an organization (from Junior to C-Level).
Candidates must possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics, and be extremely self-motivated.
Ability to apply market knowledge relative to competition, market share, opportunities, etc. is essential.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing trends, pricing, and competitive programs is a must.
Willingness to travel up to 40% is a must.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
