We are in need of a BI Developer for a permanent position in Buckhead. The Business Intelligence Developer will review data on customer demographics, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. He/she will coordinate changes to market databases and define, analyze and report on analytics and findings for a variety of projects. The successful Business Intelligence Developer will serve as an advocate for data-driven decisions and participate in the design, development and analysis of data architecture and warehousing approaches.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of and participation in the Business Intelligence function for the clients. Responsibilities include fielding requests for reports and analysis from internal and external clients. Must employ a systematic and disciplined approach to project management in order to maintain a prioritized queue of deliverables
Develop domain expertise of the hosted media performance and spend data mart. This includes developing audit and cross-check processes and familiarity with data feeds and timing
Analyze media effectiveness and, if called upon, be able to deliver findings to clients
Manage the periodic delivery of substantial performance updates the clients. This includes, but is not limited to, innovative methods of presenting performance metrics, automating recurring data needs and aligning presentation materials with Account Service and Media efforts
Document database contents, concepts and mapping between databases
Define specifications for ad-hoc reporting and data quality projects
Create business intelligence tools and reports for a variety of projects
Partner with senior management to understand and deliver performance insights and key analytics solutions
Design, code, test and aggregate results from SQL queries to provide information to users
Audit and take steps to remedy data quality, including making recommendations for end users
Forecast and report business key performance indicators (KPIs) to core stakeholders and with client service to deliver analysis/insights.
Supports various product categories and ensures the proper analytics and data are available for internal users.
Provides research and analytical support to internal customers including, but not limited to: financial analysis, data analysis, trend identification, as well as monitoring and direct response performance
Skills &
Qualifications:
B.A. or B.S degree in a quantitative discipline - Economics or Statistics preferred.
5 years of professional experience in a multi-client reporting and analysis environment, 2-3 years agency experience preferred
Experience in building data queries
Possess a passion for data analysis
2-3 years of experience with SQLEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
