Desktop Technician Duties:
The Desktop Technician will analyze, design, and recommend local area networks, install servers and related hardware/software, provide technical support documentation, and troubleshoot desktop and connectivity problems.
Preferred
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Windows desktop and server support, as well as have good customer service and problem solving skills. Experience or education in IT preferred.
