Here's a snapshot of what you'll do:
Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients in the Marketing, Interactive, Creative and Digital communities by marketing and cross-selling all of our service offerings
Constantly pursue new business opportunities within new companies and markets while collaborating with your Account Management partners to strategically expand your existing business
Be in constant communication with prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating business opportunities
Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how to best service accounts
Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals

What you are made of:
- You are an ambitious, dedicated team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit with the emotional and social intelligence to develop strong relationships and a deep network of contacts
- You have 5 years of sales experience in the Marketing, Interactive, Digital, Creative or Technology industries - preferably within a staffing firm
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing company where everyone likes to work hard and play hard
- You have a Bachelors Degree
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
