SUMMARY


Works from specific or general assignments to assist customer personnel in all phases of Operator Safety Training. Plans, organizes, directs, controls and provides leadership for establishing effective Operator Safety Training programs for all distribution points. Provide professional quality instruction in approved Operator Safety Training at customer locations or JLG headquarters in order to assist customer personnel in the safe, effective and economical operation of company products.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Performs a wide range of instruction and testing in order to prepare and train internal and customer personnel in the safe, effective and economical operation of company products.

  • Develops and prepares complete, accurate, and efficient Operator Safety Training programs as required by customer or company needs.

  • Maintains an accurate and efficient scheduling system for the performance of Operator Safety Training programs.

  • Travels to domestic customer locations by public transportation or by means of a company vehicle to perform such Operator Safety Training programs in an economical and efficient manner.

  • Prepare, write and work from lesson plans and guides for new products and equipment.

  • Maintains all required internal contacts to keep abreast of product changes, developments and applications related to Operator Safety Training requirements and procedures.

  • Make accurate and timely decisions from limited information in the best interest of the company.

  • Internet based training.

  • Within limits of approved practices, accompany customer personnel in routine or special customer contacts to furnish or obtain information to develop or maintain goodwill

  • Maintain all required files and records covering customer work and travel and other data and information. Prepare periodical or special reports, summaries and recommendations as directed.

  • Programs must include the following:
    Train-the-Trainer and Operator Training Programs for AWP's and Material Handlers, Operator Training for Excavators, Self-Study Training programs for Aluminum Products' Annual Inspections.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in Vocational Education or Communications or equivalent work experience

  • 4 plus years of related automotive or heavy truck operation and maintenance experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Expert trainer on 3 or more vehicle platforms

  • Experience with Windows-based software

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
