The Market Strategy and Insights Team is responsible for spearheading insights that fuel growth for Anthem. This position requires excellent analytic skills, data communication/visualization skills and personal initiative. Anthem is looking for your communication skills to help us tell compelling stories based on the voice-of-the-customer. Through the strategic interpretation of data and synthesis, we provide our leaders with meaningful insights to help business leaders set strategy, implement and measure customer-focused initiatives. We're passionate about combining and analyzing diverse types of data to extract new, actionable discoveries about our customers. The incumbent will work in a matrix organization across all U.S. time zones, contributing and sometimes leading cross functional insight project teams.
The role will report to the Marketing Strategy and Insights Director. It includes, but is not limited to:
Being motivated and energized individual with a passion to change the healthcare industry for the better - for current and future Anthem customers, employees and Anthem shareholders
Understand business objectives and demonstrate ability to deliver actionable data & insights to impact the bottom line
Identify, interpret and communicate findings and recommendations derived from both primary and secondary research at all levels of the organization
Pull together and synthesize customer insights from disparate studies to tell a compelling story for business partners
Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover anomalies, patterns and differences among survey audiences
Possessing strong project and time management skills
Travel up to 20% of the time
Qualifications
Requires BA/BS, 2-5 or more years related experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Advanced degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and skill in research strategy and design
Data analytic software, such as SPSS, skills preferred
General computer skills, must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Location:
Open - Richmond, Mason, Chicago, Louisville, Atlanta preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
