Job Description:
Directs the strategic planning, development, and implementation of program. Collaborates with representatives from private, government, and international agencies. Represents the program in various national and international fora. Conducts research, designs new initiatives, writes publishable articles and papers, collaborates with others, and designs programs. May supervise staff.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
A master's degree in public health, a master's of science degree in public health or health education, or a master's in development practice from an accredited school.
Experience working in HIV/AIDS research, prevention or treatment; familiarity with communities of gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (MSM); ability to work independently; strong organizational skills.
Experience with HIV PrEP research
ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:
This position will support the implementation of randomized control trials evaluating the effectiveness of remote and technology-based systems for delivering sexual health interventions to men who have sex with men (MSM).
Specific job responsibilities will include: Serving as lead staff coordinating and overseeing project planning; evaluation and tracking of project implementation; managing ethical review processes and clinical trial oversight such as DSMB; implementation of data systems including monitoring; training and oversight of public health program associates, graduate research assistants and other event personnel; leading team meetings to strategize about study implementation issues; and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in field related to specific program as indicated and five years program related experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Master's degree preferred. DATE CREATED/MODIFIED/REVIEWED: 08/28/07 AMM

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
