As a Real Estate Administrative and Legal Specialist you will be responsible for providing administrative and general office support for the Real Estate department. Department is responsible for managing the Real Estate asset portfolio and legal documents for all retail stores, corporate offices, distribution centers and service centers.

Job Duties:
Identifies, enhances and follows processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the Real Estate Department.
Researches information, collects, assembles, and summarizes information from identified sources as directed and may prepare data and slides for presentations or inclusion in reports.
Supports the Vice President of Real Estate by assisting with meetings, calendar evites, organizing, filing and reporting.
Sorts, distributes, scans and uploads mail and important documents to individuals in the department and the department's database.
Provides support to the Vice President and entire Real Estate department by aggregating, calculating and summarizing data, providing updates and reminders on pending deadlines and key calendar dates for department projects, and maintaining critical reports.
Manages schedules, place food orders, book meeting rooms, send reminders, purchase supplies and plans and sets up meetings for department meetings and parties.
Tracks various leasing documents including leases, amendments, terminations, purchase agreements from committee to signatory to lease administration, then filing.
Creates agenda, print submissions and distribute for all Real Estate Committee meetings
Assist with onboarding and routing paperwork for new hires.
Preferred
Experience:
5 years of experience in administrative support for an executive in a corporate environment
Experience in a real estate development or legal related field preferred.
High School Diploma, some college preferred in Business or Communications
Ability to clearly articulate communication both internally as well as externally.
Well organized and detail oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Must be able to communicate effectively, be customer service focused, and well organized
