JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordination, oversight and execution of investment decisions related to the Long Term Investment Pool of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. This includes coordinating and facilitating communication between the Investment Office, the custodial bank, investment managers, attorneys and other relevant parties. Plans and coordinates special projects for department as needed, and assists with researching, performing due diligence, and monitoring of investment managers, as needed.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as primary or secondary contact for LTIP for investment managers, and internal investment team staff. Collect, interpret, and organize information relating to all aspects of client portfolios.
Proactively support investment objectives through communication with third-party service providers.
Review documentation and maintain correspondence.
Complete subscription and redemption documentation, track share class information, and monitor manager liquidity provisions on behalf of the client.
Coordinate asset transfer between CHOA, custodians, and investment managers and maintain account records.
Utilize manager/custodian websites to monitor client transactions.
Complete ad hoc projects, creates analytical reports, provides supplemental analysis, and gathers information to aid investment decisions
Assist in conducting operational due diligence on traditional, hedge fund, and private equity investment managers (initial and ongoing).
Prepare presentations, summaries, and other documents as needed for leaders and stakeholders.
Investigate and answer operationally driven questions.
Provide administrative support to Investment office.
Maintain awareness of current investment themes and Investment office.
SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety: Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.
Compliance: Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
