Interested in becoming a Project Manager (Ops)? The Project Manager (Ops) is experienced in the implementation of moderately complex business initiatives. This position provides direction and leadership to ensure assigned projects delivers positive business value and meet committed scope, cost, schedule, and quality business results. This position strives to understand the assigned projects and underlying business processes and methods in order to deliver impactful solutions.
The Project Manager (Ops) position will help ensure that the operational side of the project can keep up to speed with the demands from the I.T. department as well as field operations, in addition to meeting crucial deadlines that need to be met with installing in additional stores and rolling out to the rest of the company as well as being readily available to assist field operations with their everyday needs.

Job Duties:
Assist and answer operational related questions in regards to our developers designing the New Store System
Take part in discovery and business QA procedures regarding functionality of the New Store System
Assist in designing and implementing training resources for stores when the New Store System gets installed at additional locations
Assist field operations and home office departments with questions and concerns that are received regarding our business
Assist with maintaining and prioritizing application needs as requested by operations
Daily use of the New Store System for detailing out any usability or operational issues that are discovered
Communicating with our National Call Center regarding issues they receive from the stores on a daily basis
Communicating with all locations that get installed with the New Store System to determine how the application is working and address any questions that arise
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience
4 years directly related project management experience. Strong track record managing projects and formal project management knowledge as well as ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
PMP certification preferred
Ability to provide financial forecast and on-going reconciliation of resources and other project related expenditures
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills including written and oral skills; superior ability to present to management and executive Steering Committee members
Excellent relationship management, stakeholder management, and business acumen skills
Proven experience in change management a plus
