PCG is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to work in our Atlanta, GA office in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a growing team consisting of consulting and operations staff.

This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies, adapt to ever-changing market conditions, lead clients through the implementation, training and maintenance process and help drive business development.
Specific Responsibilities: Oversee and participate in production of materials required for work with clients, including agendas, analysis data and status reports for management and for clients.
Prepare materials for and present training seminars.
Work with database management systems to organize, process, analyze, and store data.
Develop an understanding of state and federal education/special education requirements.
Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures.
Assist proposal teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissions.
Prepare client contracts and ensure project legal documents are completed and signed.
Communicate with staff and clients as needed throughout the contracting process to secure contracts in a timely manner.
Present at conferences/seminars and train school district users on web-based applications and system updates.
Write technical specifications.
Test the functionality of newly released applications.
Serve as a key contact for ongoing communications with clients, and serve as first response to prospective client inquiries.
Develop project work plans based on scope of work conveyed in client contracts and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Capture and share knowledge accrued and lessons learned throughout the lifecycle of projects.
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Serve as an internal consultant to other projects or product lines.
Communicate regularly about client projects with the project team.
Provide assistance in managing complex projects and/or producing sophisticated deliverables.
Required Skills: Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.
Excellent ability to build and maintain new and existing business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions.
Prepare project status reports for management and for clients.
Research and project management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word and other databases.
Ability to learn and manage complex web-based technology applications.
Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset.

Bachelor's Degree is required.
1-2 plus years of relevant work experience in the fields of education, health care, government, or the consulting field preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
