Process and route invoices for approval and payment Sort, scan, and file department documents and correspondence Retrieve information from the Lawson ERP system to monitor budgets and invoice payments Create spreadsheets and input data, as necessary Assist in tracking, compiling and maintaining all IT contracts and agreements Assist in ensuring PCard activity complies with district policy and includes proper documentation Assist in monitoring and tracking SPLOST transactions including planning, spending by school location and category Ensure purchase requisitions include proper documentation (i.
e.
, bids, sole source, etc) Respond promptly and courteously to internal and external requests Qualifications and Skills:
1 - 3 years accounting experience (will not review overqualified experience) Solid use of Microsoft Excel Extremely detail oriented Strong ability to prioritize and organize workload Excellent ability to collect information from varied sources and ensure its accuracy Excellent ability to work independently Excellent ability to understand business processes Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner Great work ethic Ability to interact effectively with others in particular, colleagues and personnel at various Department levels Excellent communication skills .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
