We are looking for an individual who has successfully demonstrated the following:
Must be a problem solver and innovator.
Must possess strong computer skills expert in Excel to analyze large volumes of data.
Experience with statistical analysis software (e.
g.
, advanced Microsoft Excel, advanced PowerPoint, Office 365 package) Strong interpersonal skills required; leadership skills desirable.
Desire demonstrated cross-cultural effectiveness and capability of driving change.
Ability to see structure and bring order to undefined (or poorly defined) processes, as well as develop and implement processes, are a necessity Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated (personal initiative).
Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be able to handle pressure.
Prefer candidates with demonstrated experience in analyzing and presenting data to management.
Ability to successfully communicate orally and in writing with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial.
Regular use of phone and email for communication is essential.
Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime.
Physical Demands:
Some moderately heavy lifting (of computer monitors, printers, etc.
) may be required.
Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.
g.
, computers, mobile devices, calculators, copiers, scanners) Using a computer while sitting for extended periods is common.
Must also be able to position self to maintain equipment, including under tables and desks.
The ability to remain in a stationary position roughly 50% of the time, as well as the ability to move about the office occasionally (accessing files/storage, office equipment, computers and other office productivity devices, attending meetings, etc.

Associates degree in Business Administration or Information Technology 3 years of relevant work experience in Asset Management A
