Niche Real Estate Company is looking to rapidly expand and seeks a PHP Developer with CRM experience to help them do so.
They are looking for someone with strong PHP skills to take over the continued development of a SuiteCRM application.
The CRM will be used to define and automate processes in the office as well as supply metrics which will guide in making them more efficient.
This is a direct hire position with a great benefits package including low cost insurances, 401k, lucrative vacation and much more! Several remote days! Some relocation assistance available.
Our custom requirements for SugarCRM will require coding in PHP and most likely javascript as well.
You will interact with our AVM through our API built in Ruby on Rails.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
