Responsibilities:
Experience leading agile development teams to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques.
Work with customer to define business requirements and present solutions, managing technical scope and client expectation.
Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements and Maintain a well-organized and positive work environment Participate in technical discussions.
Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit stakeholders Responsible for directing and managing development teams to accomplish project goals Understand current state of Salesforce platform and help the customer for any required efforts related to implementation Leading technical design sessions, design patterns, create flow diagrams, technical presentations and providing technical design approaches.
Knowledge in APIs such as Metadata, Bulk, etc.
Excellent proficiency in Configuration such as Lightning Flows, Process Builder, Workflows and other Administration activities Responsible for developing in Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Visualforce, Javascript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions Technical leadership, setting best practices including data management, reporting, integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement Responsible for providing hands-on expert level assistance to developers for critical technical issues.
Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
