Zillion Technologies, is in urgent need of a Java Production Support Engineer with the below skill set needs for a position based out of Atlanta, GA.
The candidate has to work in the shifts- 2:
00 PM 9:
00 PM and have to be on call.
Responsible for the day-to-day identification and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
Should have good understanding of JAVA to do it effectively as most of the codebase is in JAVA.
Use of tools like AppD, Postman, etc.
, to troubleshoot issues, must be able to triage and address high severity production issues needs to learn, if not already having exposure Root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with Release and Deployment guidelines established.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and or acting as a subject matter expert.
In depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies.
o Solid communication and expectation management skills.
o Be very vocal to handle challenging and demanding circumstances o Java/J2EE, web services, REST, Unix o Prior experience in ITIL, support process, Service Now is a definitely a plus.
