year experience in Cisco VoIP phone system support including mailbox administration 1
year experience in the programming of VOIP devices, lines and voice mailboxes in a Cisco UC environment.

year experience in Jabber and ACD Client application support and configuration Some travel is required up to 30% This may become a permanent position.
