HR Support/ System Analyst
The HR Technology Support Analyst will provide production support for all HR systems.
This role will research and resolve moderate issues and work directly with resources across HR teams and Technology.
Manage support tickets in the ServiceNow HR Technology queue, including those for general HCM system support (PeopleSoft, Kronos, Achievers, Fusion).
Troubleshoot HR system usage issues for team members and business partners, and determine appropriate escalation paths to third-party vendors and/or support resources where appropriate.
Collaborate with functional and technical partners to help resolve issues.
Exercise good judgment in the use of standards and technical knowledge.
Coordinate solutions in partnership with internal HR Technology resources, and communicate resolution as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
