Product Manager
Product Manager (Digital Media Industry) Long Term Contract Midtown of Atlanta, GA As a Product Manager, you will be joining a growing product management team with a reputable and stable digital media company.
You will engage with stakeholders, vendors, designers, developers, and project managers to define products and execute software development projects primarily for 10 large TV stations.
The resulting products will be consumed digitally via browsers, tablets, phones, and other digital devices.

Responsibilities:
Launch high quality digital products on various platforms Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality Create and maintain functional requirements and create business cases Assist in prioritization of features and creation of product roadmaps Drive matrixed and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver new products Lead rapid prototyping and piloting of new products and features Define, track, and learn from metrics of success Keep apprised of product, category, and industry trends
Qualifications:
2- 3 years of digital product management experience (Media specific a plus) Experience with various product types, including:
web sites, video, and mobile development Examples of defining thorough and clear product requirements Must have excellent conceptual, communication, and organizational skills Deep understanding of consumer facing online experiences Understanding of technology concepts, such as XML/JSON APIs, content management systems, HTML, and CSS, to communicate effectively with developers Proficiency in Power Point / Excel / Visio / Omnigraffle Bonus Skills:
