years of Instructional Design experience Knowledge of the automotive industry and/or dealership operations is a strong plus but not a must Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines and occasionally work flexible hours Proven experience analyzing needs, designing, and developing innovative learning deliverables for in-class (PowerPoint presentations, participant and facilitator guides), blended, virtual, self-paced, and gamification delivery methods Experience with and ability to create educational audio and video, including script writing and storyboarding Demonstrable advanced communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) Demonstrated proficiency with graphic design for learning (documentation, presentations, participant and facilitator guides, job aids, self-paced modules, etc.
) Proficiency with technology suites such as MS Office, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), WebEx, and Learning Management Systems Requirements:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
