Data Entry Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES Receives incoming fax, emails, or hard copy for customer orders or inquiries Performs all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty Must ensure that all orders are coded and entered into the system in an accurate and timely manner Monitor work flow to ensure accuracy Keep an error rate less than 2% Serves as a point of contact for the CSR's and Sales team via phone and email channels when it comes to data entry issues Investigates and resolves a wide variety of issues and requests to include probing for additional information from customers, setting expectations, and completing fulfillment requests. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Excellent data entry skills (8,000 - 10,000 keystrokes) required A minimum of 1 - 4 years data entry experience High School Diploma Ability to handle work flow effectively and multitask Excellent oral and written communication skills Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities Detail orientated and responsible Proven skills in problem solving Ability to use good judgment and work well under pressure Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
