The individual selected for this position will:
Direct, coordinate, and manage all administrative activities for the Regional Census Centers (RCC) including coordinating personnel management activities; time and attendance reporting; overseeing personal property management; procuring supplies, equipment, and services security; safety; records and files maintenance; travel; space management; and, other administrative services necessary for the efficient operation of the RCC. Supervises a subordinate staff performing personnel, payroll, space, voice communications, and general administrative work. Delegate work to subordinates based on the difficulty of the assignments and each employee's capabilities. Serves as a member of the Regional Census Center management team, providing analytical, planning, and evaluative reports on internal activities or functions such as human resources, fiscal management, travel, space administration, etc. Specialized experience or education sought for these positions include:

Experience:
Applicant must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes planning, organizing, managing and supervising office administrative functions; overseeing personal property management, procuring supplies, and record and file maintenance; and evaluating work performance of subordinates. EDUCATION:
No substitution of education for experience is permitted. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
