Program Support Specialist
The position of Program Support Specialist falls under the 0301 occupational series. To qualify for this position at grade GS-9, you must meet the following:
Minimum Qualifications Specialized Experience. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. You must possess 1 year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service that includes experience in planning and evaluating special projects affecting administrative programs, conducting analytical studies, and recommending administrative strategies or changes in internal operating procedures. OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related; OR Combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.
