Sales Representative - Southeast Region (Retail and Distribution)

About the Role
You will lead all sales planning and execution of Harman Lifestyle brands and categories with customers in the assigned geography Southeast region. You will have direct responsibility for developing and managing the business relationship between Harman and its retailers and distributors. Responsibilities will also include forecasting and managing the assigned sales budget.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for stated Sales Budget in the assigned geography, as well as growing Harman s business with existing customers while developing new customers complementary to Harman Lifestyle go-to-market strategy.
- Provide monthly sku level forecasts for key customers and remaining territory along with top line revenue projections.
- Present and executes new product introductions including but not limited to, forecasting, determining appropriate merchandising solutions, training retail sales associates and implementing sell-through incentive plans.
- Conduct regularly scheduled business planning and reviews with key customers to ensure alignment to product and revenue forecasts and in constant contact with all existing and new customer prospects via in-person meetings, phone calls and electronic communication.
- Strong emphasis on Ecommerce growth by fully understanding Search & Display Advertising as well as leveraging Social & Influencer Marketing with ability to calculate and evaluate ROAS.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting relevant competitive activity in the marketplace.
- Responsible for soliciting and monitoring orders, submitting new dealer agreements and updating existing agreements, distributing sales and marketing communication to all customers and working closely with Order Management & Supply Planning to ensure customer order fulfillment and special-order requests meet customer requirements.
- Complete other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
What You Need
- HS diploma plus a minimum 4 years sales, training, or sales manager experience, preferably in the Consumer Electronics Industry
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize
What is Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Consumer Audio, Consumer Electronics, Home Depot/Home Improvement, Aarons Rent-to-Own, Electronics Express and Crutchfield
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 60%, domestic travel
- Be willing to work in a home office, preferably in the Atlanta area, Charlotte, Raleigh or Nashville
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
