Job Description

Performs the duties of an Account Executive (AE), numerous regions with clients that do not currently have an acting AE or in a territory assigned by the President / National Sales Manager.
Assist in the growth of and maintenance of said territories, performing all the duties associated with the Account Executive.

Supervise the Sales Support staff and assist with the workflow and required information to support the salesforce and clients.

Oversees and Performs administrative and office support activities, as needed, for the office of the President and SVP National Sales.
Broad area of responsibility includes providing a high level of support to the Sales team, assistance with relevant compliance and adherence to applicable securities regulations, training, and communications.
Responsible for production of accounts as directed by the National Sales Manager / President.

Job Duties

  • Perform external sales duties of an Account Executive (AE) in regions/territories without an AE, on an as needed basis, as determined by the President or National Sales Manager.
    • Make sales calls to potentially new and existing customers.
    • Gather required documents from new customers for review and approval.
    • Monitor loans in pipeline for smooth processing.
    • Contact TPO on loans with expiring locks.
    • Participate in trade association to network with potential new customers.
    • Entertain customers when appropriate and submit expense report in a timely manner with proper documentation.
    • Participate in weekly sales conference call.
  • Inside Account Executive
    • Oversee the Sales Support staff member in insuring AE workflow needs are being met.
    • Maintain contact and assist in production from TPO s in designated areas and assist with scenarios, underwriting questions, pricing questions, training as needed.
    • Develop marketing ideas and cold calling efforts to grow the assigned territories with the assistance of the SVP and President.
    • Attend trade shows, participate in regional Bank and Credit Union functions as is needed to expand market penetration for the areas assigned.
    • Work to maintain communication with TPO s and assure quality production of saleable loans for Crescent Mortgage.
  • Sales Support:
    • Supervise and assist the creation, maintenance, of client information.
    • Supervise and assist in TPO approval and administration in database management.
    • Supervise and assist Sales Support and Account Executives with marketing information, mailings, and TPO information.
    • Supervise and Assist in TPO access to Crescent s Loan Operating System
  • Key Management Support:

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required/Associates degree or college work preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional setting required
  • Must exhibit strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Must be familiar with use of Microsoft Office or comparable system.
    Ability to use PCs effectively, reading screens and operating keyboards.
  • Organizational skills, ability to track and follow-up on multiple projects simultaneously

Essential Functions:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components.
  • Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
  • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data
  • Ability to travel via air, rail, automobile and/or bus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
