JOB SUMMARY

The Physician and Executive Recruiter leads full-lifecycle searches to successfully identify, attract, and hire highly skilled physicians, advanced practice providers, and physician executives to drive our growth and clinical care strategies. You will also be responsible for providing a superior recruiting experience for our physician leaders, candidates, and prospects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Consult with Hiring Managers to understand specific performance results desired for each role, developing performance profiles to rely upon during the hiring process (sourcing and recruiting, interviews, feedback sessions and final selection) to lead the team toward making effective and practical hiring decisions.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sourcing strategies using all available resources including LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo, etc. to identify and attract top talent in the industry.
  3. Screen, qualify, and prioritizes candidates. Present and calibrate a slate of qualified and diverse candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  4. Serve as host for candidates during the interview process to ensure they have an exceptional candidate experience.
  5. Engage hiring managers throughout the hiring process to provide updates and timely communication on progress and results.
  6. Ensure all candidates have an ideal experience by providing timely contact and feedback throughout the recruiting process.
  7. Ensure data integrity by using all available technology and systems to accurately capture, track, and report relevant data in real time.
  8. Establish strong relationships and develop a reputation among hiring managers as a consultative partner who understands their departments, position requirements, and anticipated openings.
  9. Assist with delivery of projects related to recruitment initiatives.
  10. Network with key community partners and build relationships across institutions.
  11. Support recruitment leaders in developing regular executive recruiting reports.
  12. Leverage internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders.
  13. Continually build talent pools to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and results.
  14. Serve as an ambassador for Children s at all times.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of five (5) years of direct full life cycle recruiting experience including demonstrated success with highly complex roles.
  • At least three (3) years of physician recruiting experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring senior level candidates without the reliance on third-party agencies.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent experience.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong direct sourcing and networking skills to generate and expand a candidate pipeline aligned with current and projected business objectives.
  • Ability to summarize data including external market drivers and design sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive talent.
  • Exceptional consultation interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure that candidates have a positive recruiting experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to help hiring managers articulate candidate requirements, then translate job requirements into compelling recruiting marketing content.
  • Proficiency in using various applicant tracking systems, social media, Microsoft Office, and other productivity and recruiting tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniques.
  • Active listener. Seek to understand the point of view and needs of stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong negotiation skills. Able to develop win/win solutions for Children s, candidates, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to be influential. Ability to balance emotional intelligence and business insights when communicating with stakeholders. Possess the depth of experience to know when to persuade vs. negotiate.
  • High level of service orientation responsive to the needs of key stakeholders. Able to function in dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules, priorities, and project scope.
  • Self-motivated and directed individual who pays attention to the details and doesn t cut corners. Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a high energy setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate activities and work autonomously, yet collaborative and resourceful.
  • Proven good judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • An individual of the highest integrity with high levels of energy and maturity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recruiting experience in both corporate and agency settings.
  • Workday Recruiting experience is preferred.

SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety:
Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the reporting of employee/patient/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to the supervisor and in the occurrence notification system.

Compliance:
Monitors and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and policies and procedures related to area of responsibility. Identifies potential risk areas within area of responsibility and supports problem resolution process. Maintains records of compliance activities and reports compliance activities to the Compliance Office.
