PT Bartender (SEASONAL)
Overview Serving as a cornerstone of northern Atlanta's newest mixed-used community, the Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta is the official hotel of the Atlanta Braves and located within steps of SunTrust Park as well as premier office space, the Coca-Cola Roxy music venue and a variety of shopping and dining.

Job Description The candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly customer service at all times and maintaining a clean, professional, top quality Pool Bar.
ResponsibilitiesCandidate must have knowledge of various mixed drinks, handle cash and credit card transactions and provide excellent customer service in multiple outlets.
Candidate must have extensive wine knowledge.
Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes.
Familiarity with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartenders manual.
Jigger pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros.
Keep bar stocked and clean.
Follow sidework sheet.
Monitor inventory.
Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktailsBe familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.
Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years' experience bartending, required.
One-year restaurant experience.
Cobb County Alcohol Permit required.
Must have an open availability to work all shifts, including AM, PM and mid shifts, weekends and holidays.
Must be comfortable working both inside and outside at the pool.
Extensive wine knowledge.
Pleasant personality.
Excellent communication skills.
