Non-Exempt, Full time position SUMMARY The 3PL Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring a high level of service is provided to our customers.
The role will be responsible for communications between the customer and warehouse management relative to the daily work product, status, and expectations.
The Customer Service Associate will prepare and maintain backup for customer invoices in compliance with company policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS FOLLOWS Work directly with internal and external customers to meet and exceed expectations Exercises discretion and judgment on a regular basis to achieve Customer and company goals To assist with customer visits when request or facilitated with internal management To assist with peer training Escalate customer issues or requests when necessary Communicates with the team/peers to discuss problems, issues, ideas for improvement Schedule freight pick up Maintain and order office/warehouse/ janitorial supply's Keeping front office files/documents organized Performs other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS 3
years of experience in Customer Service/3PL/freight forwarding/supply chain/logistics highly preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong knowledge on Excel Knowledge with SAP and WMS programs Qualified applicants (internal and external) must currently possess legal authorization to work in the United States DESIRED ATTRIBUTES Ability to effectively work with others Ability to train and instruct others on how to perform tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate in global environment Self managing and pro-active Ability to work in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skillsLANGUAGE SKILLS English is the principal language for this position.
This position requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
COMPUTER SKILLS Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical software is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit.
The employee is occasionally required to walk and use hand and eye coordination.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK HOURS AND ENVIRONMENT Normal working hours for this position are typically Monday - Friday from 8:
30 AM to 5:
30 PM, however, working beyond these hours may often be required.
This position is referred to as a full-time non-exempt position.
This role is based in a professional office and warehouse environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
