I do not have a remote or manual or original box to go with this. This deck runs smoothly and sounds great, I have not tested recording functions as I don't have a setup to do that...has a nice brushed silver JVC industrial design with amber display...headphone jack, front rotary bias and balance controls and input level, Dolby B-C NR HX Pro...full auto logic operation. Rear cd direct and line inputs and line out. There is a blemish on the paint on the top corner edge as photographed.
