This is a good table top brooder for chicks or duckings. We have used the same design for our own chicks and duckling for many years. (We put ours on an old table inside our house.) Each time we open that little front door (which looks like a rising sun), we can easily check up on how they're doing, up close, and appreciate the fuzzy little baby chicks or ducklings as they grow. An easy-to-clean tray for droppings (plastic wave board) and a wooden base are included. (We put old newspaper on the tray, and change it when needed) There's a 3 minutes video on our website to show you how we use this brooder raising chicks. (The brooder in the video is one we used. we make new ones for sale) Just click the line below to watch:(or Copy the link and paste it into the address bar at the top of the browser, then hit enter.) http://www.ranch-coop.com/brooders.html Pat RANCH-COOP.COM PS. 1. The chicks in the pictures are not included. : ) 2. For warmth, we usually cover the front and the sides with a bath towel for newly hatched chicks during the first 10 days.
