My experience with Landrum was mostly clerical. I held different assignments. Worked in association with Alystock, Witkin and Kreis-AttorneysCalled clients and interviewed them for class action lawsuits. Also contacted hospitals and clinics to retrieve medical records. Scheduled clients for meetings with attorneys.Worked as a dispatcher/receptionist for Air conditioning company. Received calls from contracted clients, as well as commercial and residential  clients. Dispatched workers as calls came in. My work experience includes over four years of community service enforcing all city and state laws without prejudice. Some of my duties included working the front desk or Station Office where I was first public contact. I would greet the public and assist them with filing police reports, direct them to court services and to the clerk for making payments. Maintained control over front lobby at all times, answered multi-line phones. Provided directions to the Police Department, and information on bond and bail procedures. Answer questions pertaining to city ordinances, court times and illegal parking. Transferred calls to the different departments within the Station, such as administrative, CID, records, court services, dispatch, traffic and the jail. Collected monies for bail after hours. Logged monies and dropped in safe for next day. Issued reciepts.Released impounded vehicles. Conducted  investigations, and interviews. Obtained warrants and prepared cases to be presented in court.

In this position, I managed the maintenance department for Public Housing. There I supervised 10 maintenance personnel. I received calls from tenants that needIng repairs done.  I would create work orders and assign it to an available personnel to handle repairs. I scheduled clean-ups after move outs. I dispatched workers Via two-way radio to handle routine and emergency calls. After work was completed, the work order would be closed out. Updated filing system .Created files for all occupied, unoccupied, sold and rehabbed. I also cleared out years of open work orders that should have been closed. By closing out these work orders, I was able to bring all accounts current and created an end of year report to show productivity.

Communicate with Counselors for class requirements. Mailed out certified copies of transcripts of students moving to different schools.
