Sr. Compensation Analyst

The Sr.
Compensation Analyst is responsible for the administration, application and detailed understanding of incentive plans that support the Workforce Solutions Business Unit.
The role will require a detailed understanding of incentive plans, data management, reporting and process improvement.
You will be expected to communicate at all levels of leadership, supporting Centers of Excellence and the respective business unit requests.
You will also be expected to help initiate and build standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll do:
Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to analyze plan performance Support the design & delivery of reporting and analytics to create global view and in support of individual Sales Compensation designers Support the design & delivery plan documentation, calculators & other supporting collateral Designs and implements sales and production incentive plans for assigned businesses and process owners with support of senior comp professionals and/or external consultants Manage ad-hoc requests and multiple projects simultaneously, while operating in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and tasks.
Partner with Compensation, HR business partners, legal, to conduct eligibility and data accuracy audits Performs all market pricing and Workday administration for roles leveraging MarketPay and other market survey tools Leverage Equifax merit strategy and philosophy to determine appropriate merit range and application for roles globally; market price external ranges for global merit increases by country to for recommendation to COE Base pay recommendations and changes, long-term incentives, short-term incentives, and one-time payments Provides compensation recommendations in consultation with HRBP's and/or Talent Acquisition for promotions, adjustments, retention and new hires What experience you need:
Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field 5
years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within finance or compensation What could set you apart:
Compensation experience Experience with incentive plan support, analysis and administration a plus Strong excel skills - ability to build models for data analytics Strong presentation and communication skills, including consultative problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, work well in a demanding dynamic environment to prioritize activities and meet overall objectives Proficiency with Google Suite Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and/or other Business Intelligence tools Experience with CRM database software preferred; Salesforce.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
