This Beetle retains its factory 1500 cc engine, which was rebuilt under current ownership.
It starts up at the first turn of the key and runs quite well.
Power is sent to the rear wheels by a manual transmission, which shifts smoothly and effortlessly through all four gears.
The steering is tight and a recent brake service has this Beetle stopping well.
Inside and outside, this Beetle looks sharp.
It has been repainted in its original VW Blue, and its chrome bumpers shine bright, and it received a new set of running boards in 2015.
